There’s absolutely no doubt that iPhone cases have slowly turned from protection for your sensitive devices into some incredibly practical ways to add features, improve battery life and all sorts onto your iPhone.
The latest incredible case to be invented for the worldwide popular iPhone is a case that actually allows you to print off photos from your photo gallery, directly out of the back of the case itself. How does it work? Well, thanks to Unbox Therapy, once again, we’ve got a great video that shows and demonstrated this case below!
In fact, this case works with both Android and iOS devices which is even cooler. So, as you can see from the beginning of the video, the presenter actually looks to be quite confused as to how this work. The device claims to use no ink and can take 20 photos on a charge at a time. That seems very interesting!
So, he doesn’t mess around and begins to set up the case that turns out to even look like an old-fashioned chunky camera. He connects it up with his iPhone and proceeds to download the application and then connect his phone, either via NFC or Bluetooth, it’s not mentioned, and proceeds to go and take a picture. What happens next is absolutely amazing!
After taking the picture, he’s then recorded a video which he wasn’t sure for what purpose. He then proceeds to hit the print button and is amazed to see that the image not only transitions off the page on his phone but then gets printed out directly behind that transition. Almost like digital-to-paper magic!
However, what happens next and HOW it happens is even more amazing! So once you’ve printed out the image, he was asked to record some video footage too? Well, with the incredible advancements in augmented reality, when you scan the image you’ve taken, you can watch the video you recorded WITHIN the actual frame of the picture itself. Check out the GIF below to see it in action!
If this little gadget/smartphone case hasn’t blown your mind then we don’t know what will today as this is absolutely amazing and has definitely left us jaw-dropped. Let us know in the comments below whether this is something you’d use!
