Beyoncé – TBA
Beyoncé surprise-released her eponymous fifth album back in December 2013. Anticipation is building for Queen Bee’s next release: she released the track ‘Formation’, which she got to perform at the Superbowl Halftime Show, and then announced a world tour, which kicks off towards the end of April. Fans are guessing the singer’s new album is going to be available any time between now and the tour; many are hoping she’ll do a surprise release and drop an album with a video for every song like last time.

Katy Perry – TBA
Katy’s made no official announcement about her next album, but her last album, Prism, was released back in late 2013, so it seems very likely she’ll release a new album this year. Her last album produced worldwide hits ‘Roar’ and ‘Dark Horse’, so fans are dying to see what pop gems she’ll come out with next.

Zayn – Mind of Mine
Zayn’s first solo album since leaving One Direction comes out in March and there’s already a lot of buzz for it. Lead single ‘Pillowtalk’ stormed to the top of the charts on both sides of the Atlantic and its video has quickly got over 100 million views. He’s promised ‘real music’ and fans are very keen to see what his solo album sounds like.

Lady Gaga – TBA
According to one of the producers working on Lady Gaga’s next album, we can expect it to be released at some point this year. Her last studio album was 2013’s Artpop, though she did release a collaborative jazz album, Cheek to Cheek, with Tony Bennett in 2014 to tide us over. Her Little Monsters around the world are eager to see if Mother Monster can return with a new smash hit like ‘Poker Face’ or ‘Bad Romance’.

Britney’s been busy performing her greatest hits in Vegas and her last album, Britney Jean, which was released back in 2013, wasn’t the most well received in her career, so fans are hoping for a better effort this time round. She built up hype by releasing ‘Pretty Girls’, featuring Iggy Azalea, last year and fans are thirsting for more.

Speaking of Iggy Azalea, she’s confirmed the title of her next album. Digital Distortion’s release date and track list haven’t been released yet, though people are keen to see whether Iggy has another ‘Fancy’-sized hit waiting to be released.

Bruno’s last album was Unorthodox Jukebox, which was released way back in 2012. He featured on the song of 2014, ‘Uptown Funk’ and recently performed at the Superbowl alongside Coldplay and Beyoncé, so an announcement could be imminent. His last album produced hits such as ‘Treasure’ and ‘Locked Out Of Heaven’ so fans are keen for more Bruno Mars hits.

Lorde came from nowhere and made a huge impact on the industry thanks to her 2013 hit ‘Royals’ and album Pure Heroine. She even won two Grammys for her work at the age of 17. She hasn’t announced a second album just yet, but it’s looking very likely she’ll release it this year and everyone’s interested to see what this more minimalist pop star will come back with.

Ariana saw 2015 off by releasing ‘Focus’, the lead single from her upcoming third album. No details about the album have been released yet, aside from the name Moonlight, but if her previous two albums are anything to go by, you can expect it to be packed with infectious and catchy hits.

Gwen’s third album got off to a rough start when two singles released in 2014 didn’t do too well. The singer restarted the campaign later in 2015 and even filmed a live music video at this year’s Grammys. Her last album, The Sweet Escape, was released way back in 2006, so excitement is building for Gwen’s next release.

Drake’s been gearing up for the release of his fourth studio album, though it remains to be seen whether his 2015 smash hit ‘Hotline Bling’ will make the final cut.
