So Windows 10 is currently rolling out to the masses and people are getting their hands on the free upgrade to Microsoft’s latest operating system. Windows 8 was not massively well received and so Microsoft had a lot to do to bring back their loyal fan base to Windows and that’s exactly what they’ve done with Windows 10. If you’re still wary about upgrading then here are 15 perks of Windows 10 over Windows 8 at least and Windows 7 for most of them too.
DirectX is essentially what Windows games use to.. well run. In Windows 10, Microsoft have updated DirectX to version 12 allowing for a performance boost from your computer. You’ll see this a little throughout your whole OS but mainly in the additional FPS you’ll get in games now.
