Celebrity reality shows. Like them or loathe them, they’re here to stay. These days you can watch ‘celebrities’ do pretty much anything, whether it’s raise money for charity, live together in a house with no contact with the outside world, or trying to survive a couple of weeks in the jungle. Some celebrities really will do anything for a bit of money and a career revival, but there are some who seem to have made a career out of doing reality shows.

Adrienne Curry
Winning the first season of America’s Next Top Model wasn’t enough reality TV for Adrienne, who went on to appear in numerous reality shows, including The Surreal Life, Celebrity Paranormal Project, Celebrity Family Feud and My Fair Brady.
2. Katie Price
Katie’s career took off after she appeared on the third season of the UK’s I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here! and subsequently starred in several fly-on-the-wall reality TV series documenting her life. She returned to I’m a Celebrity for the show’s ninth season and popped up on the 15th season of Celebrity Big Brother, which she won.
3. Nikki McKibbin
Nikki came third in the first season of American Idol and has since added a string of reality show appearances to her resume. She’s appeared in Battle of the Network Reality Stars, Kill Reality and Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
4. Janice Dickinson
The world’s first supermodel has been involved in plenty of reality shows. She was a judge for four cycles of America’s Next Top Model and has had her own reality series, The Janice Dickinson Modelling Agency, while also making appearances on the UK versions of I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here! and Celebrity Big Brother and the American version of I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here!
5. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt
Former The Hills stars Heidi and Spencer, affectionately known as ‘Speidi’, have appeared in numerous reality shows since their time on The Hills came to an end. They’ve appeared on the second season of I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here!, the eleventh season of the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother, Celebrity Wife Swap, Marriage Boot Camp and Mother/Daughter Experiment.
6. Rob Mariano
Rob is something of a reality TV stalwart: he’s appeared in no fewer than four seasons of Survivor, as well as two seasons of The Amazing Race alongside wife Amber. The couple even starred in a one-off special Rob and Amber Get Married.
7. Dennis Rodman
He might be known these days for befriending North Korea leader Kim Jong-un, but retired professional basketball player Dennis has done a fair few reality shows in his time, having appeared in Celebrity Mole and Celebrity Apprentice, as well as UK shows Love Island and Celebrity Big Brother.
8. Lisa Rinna
She’s most famous for being on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but Lisa is no stranger to reality TV, having also appeared on Celebrity Apprentice, Sing Your Face Off and Dancing with the Stars.
9. Joe McElderry
Special mention goes to British singer Joe McElderry, who has not only appeared on three reality shows, he’s won all of them! He first won the sixth season of the UK X Factor, then won the second season of Popstar to Operastar before winning the first season of The Jump, a celebrity skiing competition.
