Is it just me or is the presidential election becoming more like a talent section of a reality show as the months go by? It was ridiculous enough learning that Trump, a man who actually starred on a reality TV show, was running but now even more people are coming out as possibly running for President. Below we take a look at some of the most unlikely political candidates.
Kanye West
After announcing at the VMA’s he was planning on running for president in the 2020 election, Kanye come under a lot of ridicule on the internet and in the media. Since then, even Obama has weighed in, making jokes about the statement.

Wacka Flocka Flame
Just like above, Waka is 28 and therefore unable to run for president, but he has still released information regarding his campaign, even giving interviews on subjects such as foreign policy.
Clay Aiken
While not reaching as far as President, Aiken was the democratic candidate for North Carolina’s 2nd Congressional district, losing incumbent Congresswoman Renee Elmers.
Angelina Jolie
Jolie has stated on regular occassions that she is open to a career in politics, while never going as far as setting up a campaign for herself. She believes that in order to make change, one must take responsibility.
Ben Affleck
Affleck has been constantly outspoken in his support for the Democratic party, giving the party a lot of donations over the years. He has been on the fringes of politics for so long that many believe it’s only a matter of time before he enters into it proper.
Roseanne Barr
Barr attempted to become the candidate for the Green Party but missing out on the bid before running as the nominee for the Peace and Freedom Party. She has since said, “Vote for me. I’m not a liar. I’m not a thief. I’m not a whore.”
Howard Stern
Having been involved with politics in the past, the radio host has previous with the career choice and has even been called out by politicians before, asking him to be their running mate.
George Clooney
In a similar fashion to Affleck, George Clooney has been a long time donor to the Democratic Party while also fighting as a humanitarian activist. Once he married lawyer Amal Alamuddin, his odds of becoming president were increased by a British gambling firm.
