Now we have all finally recovered from Halloween, managed to scrub that face paint off and eat all those sweets, was it the best year yet?
This guy is sure to have had the scariest Halloween this year as he spent the night sleeping right beside 6 million dead people… yes, you heard it 6 million! How did he come to sleeping beside this many dead people and where was he?
It all started when Air BnB offered a once in a life time Halloween experience to spend one night with a guest in the Catacombs that lay under Paris. The catacombs are basically an underground map of narrow tunnels formed from the skulls and bones of dead Parisians… creepy right! These catacombs are one of a kind and provide a grave for over 6 million people. Once more, a lot of the catacombs are off limits so what we can see is only a mere glimpse of the spooky stack of bones and death!
But this did not scare away, Pedro Arruda aged 27 who won this crazy prize and spent his Halloween amongst millions of dead people! He chose his Mum as his plus one (maybe to look after him!) to spend the night in what could be argued to be the world’s largest grave yard!
By this point, a lot of people would be running back out the miles long maze of death and skeletons but Pedro told Air BnB that he would actually be more scared if they were alive as opposed to being stacked up skeletons that made up the walls for his sleepover!
Luckily, Pedro and his mum stuck to the all-important house rules, or should we say grave rules! They were asked to treat the graves as though they were their own, no animals in any case as there’s already a monster under the bed, respect the peace of your neighbours whether they are dead or alive and lastly, to not forget their pyjamas and toothbrushes!
Pedro looks like he had an amazing Halloween experience, but the real question is, would you be brave enough to sleep here? Does this beat your Halloween celebrations? We know we definitely wouldn’t want to stay there!
