When people aren’t being too self indulgent and taking selfies all day, they often discover that their smart phones are actually capable of taking some pretty great photographs. We’re far past the days when you needed a complex and expensive camera to take a memorable snap, and although it’s still great to embrace the art of photography with traditional methods, you can get some great results with just an app on your phone. Very recently, the 9th Annual IPPAWARDS ended, with the winners of the competition now being announced. From epic landscapes to stupidly cute animals, many of the entries were pretty breathtaking. It’s undeniable that the iPhone photography awards prove you don’t need an expensive camera for incredible pictures.
