This time it is taking place in Rio, so it’s sure to be a colourful, carnival of a summer. Whether you’re taking up a sport yourself or simply supporting your country by watching as many games as you can, be sure to recapture the spirit that made the world so proud in 2012.

There’s nothing more inspiring that standing in a sweaty, crowded arena and rocking out to the best music on the planet! If your favourite artist is on tour, make sure you get tickets as soon as they go on sale to avoid missing out on one of the most exciting experiences you’ll ever have. There is a surge of reunion tours that are rumoured to be happening in 2016 including Guns N’ Roses, Busted, Sum 41, Good Charlotte, The Stone Roses and Oasis. If any of those appeal to you then watch out for dates because they’ll be selling out quick!

Make a big deal out of leap day.

The more you put pressure on yourself with resolutions, the more stressed out you’ll become. Why not put the focus on someone in need instead? Minimalism is the way to go, so cut down on all the material possessions you really don’t need in your life anymore.
