2015 was a great year movies, and from the looks of it the ball of quality is going to keep rolling this year as well. There’s a bunch of films we’re eager to feat our eyes on in the coming months, but here’s 6 movies we can’t wait to see in 2016.
Back in 1967, Disney brought the rich and wonderful world of Jungle Book to the cinema with a beautiful touches of finesse, wit and charm. The hand drawn environments were rudimentary but beautiful, story was heart wrenchingly perfect and the songs will remain rooted firmly in my mind until the end of time. That’s why we’re excited to see what seasoned director Jon Favreau will be bringing to the table when the launches this bizarre jungle into the live-action world. The first trailer boasts some beautiful cinematography, as well as some real physicality and intense drama into the Jungle Book world. We can’t wait to see what the movie has to offer, and how they’re going to pull of King Louie’s epic song.
