30-year-old former Oscar nominee Felicity played an 18-year-old exchange student who falls in love with her teacher in Breathe In. But this isn’t the first time she acted in a role far younger than her true age, also playing a teenager in Like Crazy and Soul Boy.

Recently Bianca played 16-year-old Maya St Germain in Pretty Little Liars, but the seemingly never aging beauty has been playing a teenager since she was actually a teenager. Now 36, her original debut was a recurring role as adolescent Megan in Saved By The Bell: The New Class – 22 years ago!

Thomas Brodie-Sangster

Despite being 25 years old, angel-faced Thomas has played multiple characters younger than his true age. He has played a teenager in Death of a Superhero, Maze Runner and The Hideaways, but most recently played 13-year-old Jojen Reed in Game of Thrones, a part that is an impressive 12 years his junior.

Carey Mulligan

As well as passing as a teenage version of her 27-year-old character in the Great Gatsby, baby-faced Carey Mulligan played multiple adolescent roles including high school students in both Never Let Me Go and An Education.

Gabrielle Union

Gabrielle Union made a career out of playing a teenager in 90s coming of age flicks such as 10 Things I Hate About You, She’s All That and Bring It On, despite being well into her twenties each time. Now 42, she could easily pass for someone in her 20s.

Chace Crawford

Chace Crawford got his big break at the age of 22 playing 16-year-old Nate Archibald in Gossip Girl. Before that he played teenager Tyler Simms in critically panned supernatural thriller The Covenant, and in 2014 guest starred as student Biff McIntosh in an episode of Glee.

Tammin Sursok

Another Pretty Little Liars star, the 31-year-old currently plays 18-year-old Jenna Marshall in the hit TV show. Before that Tammin played the teenage girlfriend of Jason Stewart in Hannah Montana, despite being in her late twenties at the time.
