Over the festive season, millions of us will no doubt be tuning into our favourite Christmas movies! This is the ultimate way to feel festive and get those excitement levels rising or those happy tears flowing. Amongst the family favourites and all time classics has to be Home Alone, Home Alone 2 and Home Alone 3, with each movie being the ultimate Christmassy experience with the right balance between laughs, cries, magical moments and of course a great message to send home.
But whilst watching the hilarious collection, have you ever wondered what the famous cast are up to here days? Well you might be shocked by how the household favourite, cheeky little Kevin is spending his Christmas this year.
Following the fame and glory of the Home Alone trio of movies, his acting career never really took off, contrary to being so popular and loved. So 15 years after his first Home Alone movie came out, his job has altered massively.
He is now a taxi driver for the huge company, Uber, and spends his days driving normal people from A to B with little recognition along the way. Once more, the once very innocent little child that we all remember, is a chain smoker that looks extremely washed up and has quite frankly let himself go!
He got to this stage by loving the idea of living the high life but really being caught up with all the low life people along the way! He has had a lot of bad press over the years and negative publicity, as his fans and the public will always see him as a child and hate the idea that he is an adult, making his own (sometimes questionable) choices.
This is a very sad sight to see, but very common in child stars where they find themselves cracking under the pressure of fame and not being able to live ‘a normal life’ as a child, rather than being followed by paparazzi and constantly having a very invaded life.
