Toad In The Hole
This is a very strangely named, British classic. No it does not contain toads but is actually sausages that have been cooked in a giant Yorkshire pudding.
Haggis
This Scotish delicacy is made of the main organs of a sheep, the heart, lungs, liver and seasoning. To top this all off it is containing in an animals stomach – how apitising.
Stinkheads
This is an Alaskan dish that is made of a fermented king salmon head that has been buried for a month or so and is eaten when it is very pungent!

This weirdly named dish is made from rice, okra and black eyed peas, the limping susan refers to the use of okra instead of peas.
