- Fortnite Creative, a sandbox-style game where you can create a variety of structures on your own private island and share them with other players.
The three modes are available on a range of gaming platforms. Even though Fortnite has quite a large number of young children playing, it’s meant to be for those aged 12 and over only.
What is Fortnite Shop?
V-Bucks is Fortnite’s in-game currency. You can purchase this currency using real-world money and you can earn it by completing tasks and missions in the Save the World mode. Fortnite Shop is the game’s very own online store. Here you can purchase a range of items using V-Bucks, including cosmetic items to decorate your in-game avatar with, and weapons and tools to help you progress in the game. Items have expiry dates, so if there’s something in the Fortnite Shop you particularly want, be sure to purchase it before it becomes unavailable. The line-up of items for purchase changes daily.
Fortnite is free to play, though the game does bring in a huge amount of money form the purchasing of V-Bucks. In fact, it’s generated billions of pounds in revenue from V-Bucks purchases alone. Players around the world simply can’t get enough of purchasing skins and clothing for the avatar, as well as acquiring more items to help them survive in the post-apocalyptic world.
