This Italian classic is an easy tea time treat and can be made posh or simple but either way is often very yummy. As a more healthy, less carby alternative you could try using courgette peeled and sliced, boiled for a few minutes and voila you have spaghetti. This can also be done with carrot or any vegetable of a similar consistency. This is also a fun way to get the kids to eat their veg and is much quicker than boiling pasta.
