If there’s one thing animal lovers don’t like to see it’s the truth behind the circle of life. We really don’t like the idea that all our favourite creatures actually hunt each other down and eat each other. Owls eating mice? No way. Leopard seals eating cute little penguins? No way, sir! Ignorance is definitely bliss when it comes to the world of animals.
Why can’t the real world be like The Lion King where lions can be friends with the likes of Timon and Pumba? Well Alex Solis, a Chicago-based illustrator, has helped us people who like to avoid the truth about nature with a series of cute photographs.
These cute little illustrations are called The Adorable Circle of Life and are indeed adorable. Who thought that looking at our favourite animals being mauled to death could make us feel so warm and fuzzy inside!
Alex Solis is an exceptional illustrator, and he doesn’t just draw animals. His hilarious imaginations of what superheros would look like if they were old age pensioners are absolutely brilliant.
