8. 1. Get Your Own Back (1991-2004)
Is there anything more satisfying to a child than making their parent wear silly costumes, fumble through obstacle courses, and spin around mercilessly on a Velcro wheel while tennis balls are pummeled at their face? We didn’t think so! Get Your Own Back was a programme for all of the kids who have ever been sent to bed early or didn’t get dessert for not eating their Brussels sprouts! The best part was the final game, where the contestant gets to pull a lever, sending their mum or dad into a sticky pool of gunge.
